Description

Queen Anne Painted Oak Candle-Stand, English, circa 1700 � 1710. With small circular top above a tapered octagonal chamfered stem, terminating on an original octagonal drop, supported on three shaped and splayed legs. Having 19th century scumble painted decoration over original dark green paint, with chips and natural wear showing through to the green under painted surface, 29cm wide, 76cm high
