Circa 1801 Fire mark / insurance plaque, lead example with stamped policy number 705833, 17cm diameter, the lot is together with a letter sent to the Sun Alliance & London insurance detailing this was from a policy that dates to 29th September 1801 the insured being William Ranwell of Portsea, Hants.
