Saleroom Manager & Photographer

Daniel has over a decade’s experience working within the auction industry. Having previously studied Electrical Engineering he gained his interest in the inner workings of audio equipment and digital photography.

He has worked at Bishop & Miller from its inception, growing his industry knowledge working at a number of respected auction houses including Bonham’s – which is where he originally met Oliver Miller. It is the history and stories of the eclectic objects that come through the door here that drives his passion for auctioneering, and he holds a personal appreciation for retro and collectable items such as vintage recording equipment and movie memorabilia.

Daniel has a keen eye for photography, having honed his talents and is responsible for the cataloguing and photography of all of Bishop & Miller auctions. Acting as Oliver’s right hand man he manages the saleroom team across both our Suffolk and Norfolk auction houses as well as overseeing the cataloguing of all online auctions.
