Already consigned to the next auction is an Indian Army DSO Group (52nd Sikhs) to Lieutenant Colonel C.P. Winter, 52nd Sikhs (Frontier Force). Charles Phillip Wynter was born on 12th July 1869 ands commissioned into the Suffolk Regiment on 17th January 1891.
