Pack your items, print a prepaid label, and send the box to us. We unpack, catalogue, and email you a detailed list to approve for auction. If you don’t approve, we ship everything back free of charge.

Selling with us through National Auction Service is straightforward, no hidden costs, just our selling fee of 17.5% + VAT.

  1. Tell us about you – Add your contact details and a short summary of what’s in your box.
  2. Print and attach – Generate your prepaid label and stick it to your parcel.
  3. Send your box – Drop off at your nearest courier point or arrange a collection.
  4. We unpack + list – Our specialists catalogue your items and email a detailed list.
  5. You approve – Approve the items for auction—or decline and we return them free.

How it works

2. Print your label

Click Print Label
Attach it to your box (one label per box).

3. Send it to us

Use any sturdy box. Cushion items well. Drop off or arrange a collection. The weight of the parcel must not exceed 15kg. The size must not exceed the absolute maximum size of 41cm x 38cm x 64cm

4. We unpack & catalogue

On arrival we photograph, measure and list each item.

5. Approve for auction

We email a detailed list for approval with estimates and reserves if needed.

6. Or get it back (for free)

If you don’t approve, we return everything at our cost.
