Tom has been with Bishop & Miller from the very beginning of his career. Originally joining for work experience in 2018 and officially joining the team in 2020 as an apprentice, he already brought with him a wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry. With a family background in antiques, auctioneering has always been in his blood and something he wanted to do.

Starting with us as auction room assistant, Tom has quickly risen through the ranks, fast becoming a valued and respected member of the team. Knowledgeable beyond his years, he has personal interest in traditional and period furniture, as well as jewellery, silver and watches.

Tom not only handles the cataloguing of some of our specialist auctions, but also supports photography and portering, however, he can often be seen taking to the rostrum where he leads many of our regular monthly auctions.
